Kilowatt Events was entrusted by the Las Vegas Grand Prix to design and implement a comprehensive guest services program for the inaugural race. Our team recruited, trained, and managed a local workforce of over 1,200 staff, including grandstand ushers, wayfinding & informational staff, and four tiers of supervisors. The Guest Services team played a pivotal role in supporting site operations, security, ticketing, and ADA services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all attendees at this landmark event.
