Kilowatt was hired by the American Volleyball Professionals (AVP) to manage their evolving event site operations. This included a beachfront Heritage Series on the sands of Huntington Beach and Manhattan Beach, CA and rounded off in Chicago, IL. We lead site operations by managing the construction of temporary stadium structures and fan experience through vendor management, staffing, site layout and safety. Following these three summer events we lead their 9-week League Series across the USA. We managed the shipping logistics of tour gear, hauled tons of sand to and from stadiums, and built a temporary sand stadium court within 24 hours each week.
Heritage Events
• Three Friday – Sunday events

League Series
• 9-week tour across the USA
• 2-day build, 2-day comp, 1 day load-out
