The Snow League teamed up with Kilowatt Events to lead operations and guest experience for the inaugural league event in Aspen. Our team project managed all aspects of operations for the event including venue planning/mapping, vendor sourcing, staffing, inventory management, broadcast coordination, budgeting, and building a one-of-a-kind VIP structure. All aspects of this elevated structure was sourced and managed byKilowatt, including 3D renders. Our guest services team designed, recruited, trained, and managed all wayfinding and VIP staff onsite, offering a custom White Glove team to provide a high-touch, elevated service for VIPs.
